Casey Turczynski

Casey joined MHP’s Self Storage Team near the end of 2024. Being very detail-oriented with a strong background in tech and mathematics, Casey is able to find hidden value in the prospective deals for his clients.

Before getting into Commercial Real Estate, Casey spent 5 years as a software developer, for both enterprise and start-up level companies. He has consulted for investment banks, as well as taken multiple iOS applications from scratch to successful launch on the App Store. He loves seeing a project all the way through to completion, and provides this same relentless work ethic to his MHP team.

Casey earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Statistics, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. In his free time, enjoys playing basketball, cornhole, foosball, and just about any other game.
