Nick Decker

Nicholas Decker specializes in the sale of RV parks, campgrounds, and Outdoor

Hospitality resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West. He works

closely with owners and investors to provide strategic guidance, market insight, and

relationship-focused brokerage services within the Outdoor Hospitality industry.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Nicholas served 7½ years in the United

States Navy as a Navy Diver. His military background instilled the discipline, resilience,

and work ethic that now define his approach to business and client service.

A Pacific Northwest native, Nicholas and his family spent two years traveling full-time in

an RV across the United States, building firsthand experience within the RV lifestyle and

Outdoor Hospitality industry. During their travels, they developed meaningful

relationships with RV park and Campground owners nationwide, giving Nicholas a

unique operational and customer perspective within the space.

Nicholas is known for his persistence, strong communication, and commitment to

helping clients achieve long-term success. Outside of brokerage, he enjoys camping,

spending time with family, and pursuing personal growth and entrepreneurship.
